Every engineer has some sort of specific knowledge as he graduated from college or university. It is always the experience that matters the most for an engineer because every engineer gains their theoretical knowledge during their period of graduation but practical knowledge comes out only from experience. Each of them has different unique experiences from different companies, organizations and industries. Entrepreneurship can be thought of as a new market niche for the development of new products on the basis of new techniques.

So we can say that technology plays a vital role in the development of a business. Entrepreneur looks for the opportunity before the business exists and the engineer looks for the business to implement his technical skills to make the business successful. So an entrepreneur will always looks for an experienced engineer to make his business reach at the top level. Schools and some universities teach us the skills to become an employee and they seldom teach anything related to become an entrepreneur. But these engineering institutes have some different point of view, they always teach their students a lesson to become an entrepreneur on taking account of their technical skills.

Today there is no security of being an employee in this critical market condition. Whenever the administrator got the person having better skills then you at somewhat lesser cost then he will not think while throwing you out. The real security today exists only of being your own business.  When we can work for a company then why we can’t for ourselves also. To do so we must have sort of idea about the way business is done. We have to turn crisis into opportunity.

But I think before becoming an entrepreneur we should gain some experience in our core field. We should get the idea about how a company works and then try to gather those points from there which you think you can update at a lesser cost with the optimum utilization. Now whenever you think you get enough to set up a company then first of all make the list of changes that you think is better from the previous company. Now move your technical skills from the classroom textbook into the real world.

Entrepreneurs take risks and it might be possible that at first it won’t succeed. But never lose hope, learn from these failures and try to implement the solution. Trying different ideas and experiments that might works in place of that failure one. At last when you get aware about this world, about the need of the customers then I think you will definitely sort out your problem yourself. So the principal behind this article comes out to use your technical skills that you get from classroom into the real world. So now we can say that it is a best opportunity for an engineer to come out with his principles for the optimum utilization of the resources at the lesser cost to make your priority higher among the customers.
